How to Buy
First of all the telephone cards on the telecard website are to be purchased via a credit card. Some of the credit card services which are acceptable are; Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners Club and Bankcard.
New Customers/Members
Before you can purchase phone cards from telecard.com, you need to be a registered member (go to our registration page) or otherwise you will just be window shopping. Although browsing and looking at our products is encouraged we hope to receive your patronage.
Easy steps to begin buying!
- Once you are at telecard.com, before you begin your purchasing spree you first of all need to login. Click the login button. It should be the sixth button on the left hand side of the page. Then at the login page type in your username and password and click the login button at the bottom of the screen.
- Once you are logged in now go to the product page. Click the product button; it is the second button on the left hand side of the screen.
- At the product page, choose the phone card of your choice according to the card details and for which country you are going to make a phone call to. Once you have chosen your desired card click the corresponding drop down box that is next to the image of your card. Select how many cards you wish to buy and click.
- Then once you chosen how many cards you wish to purchase, click the Order now button. You will now be automatically redirected to the shopping cart page.
- You are now in the shopping cart page, view your purchase details for example if the correct card and amount of cards are the cards and amounts you have chosen. If all is satisfactory click submit.
- You are will be redirected now to the payment details page. Now it is up to your discretion on filling out your payment details, credit card type and number etc. Also you can now choose your form of delivery details, for example if you wish to receive the phone card via your email, regular mail or sent to your mobile phone via sms. When you have completed the delivery details form you may now click submit.
You have finished! You will now shortly receive the Transaction number, product number, account number and password details to activate your phone card. If you chose to receive the details via email and sms, please allow for same day service times. If you chose to receive the details via regular post, please allow 2 working days.
